Création d'une fonction Supply Chain dans une PME de 75 personnes. PME en croissance de 10 à 20% par an - 14m€ de CA en 2023 La fonction Supply Chain n'étant pas professionnalisé (mix appro / achat / logistique), l'objectif est de démarrer par un Management de Transition pour créer et structurer un post de Responsable Supply Chain pour ensuite lancer un recrutement.
