April 2018   Sept 2019: Chief Operating Officer
Oversight over 6 sites organized as standalone businesses in France and Switzerland, as well
as corporate functions: sales admin, planning, quality, project management, engineering,
and HSE.
To define and implement relevant industrial footprint, to streamline product flows and
improve supply performance in a context of double digit growth. Participation in the
monthly board meeting with shareholders.
Recruited new site lead for a low performing entity in order to drive turnaround: successful
FDA inspection one year later while other KPI s were back in control.
Deployed the new quoting tool of the company with the technical teams. Defined the
margin guidelines, in lines with commercial teams, in order to achieve company goals.
Improved project management practice with better structure and tools. Provided intense
coaching to project managers to improve customer experience.

Aug 2009   March 2018: Site Director (multisite)Biot (130 heads   Manufacturing of EU class III implants and
instruments for neurosurgery), Lyon Operations (40 heads - purchasing of contract manufactured orthopaedic
implants and instrument, kitting and distribution). Lyon EMEA headquarter (140 heads   representing most of the
corporate functions)
Lyon EMEA Headquarter (2015-2018): cross functional management of the headquarter functions (sales and marketing,
communication, customer service, clinical and regulatory affairs, legal, purchasing, finance, IT, HR), to facilitate teamwork
between departments and help driving change by acting as a support for the line managers. Promoted Integra values accross
the organization. Management of employee representatives with local HR manager. Member of the Board of the French
Integra holding.
Lyon Orthopaedic Operations (2013-2016):  turnaround context, restored trust in operations reliability. Improved product
delivery, by implementing advanced supplier management tools (outsourced production), and with lean manufacturing tools
to facilitate teamwork. Late deliveries cut by almost 80%. Lead with the QA team the resolution of 4 major compliance issues.
Biot Manufacturing site (2009-2018), class III implants for central nervous system: oversight over R&D and regulatory affairs,
manufacturing (injection molding, extrusion, clean room assembly, final packaging), QA, HR, Finance. Developped new critical
skills to improve site performance with Lean & Six-sigma and project management. Up to 50% gains reported on
manufacturing yields. FDA inspection with no observation in February 2015. Successful transfer of a manufacturing line from
German site being shut down in 2017.

To define value proposal, targeted OEM s per geographical area, future market needs. To prepare the entire organization to
handle new customers. To work on turning first leads into real projects and future revenue.
DEPUY France, a Johnson & Johnson franchise, leader on the medical device market. Manufacturing of orthopedic
implants, mainly hip stems and shoulders.
Jan 2006-Jan 2008: Plant ManagerChaumont site (200 heads):
Throughput and productivity: volume +50% on major lines, introduction of innovative manufacturing processes, extensive use
of lean manufaturing and 6-sigma to sustain growth. To define the purchasing strategy (contracts, make or buy) in a context
of high regulatory constraints and suppliers having unique know-hows.
In 2008: divestiture of J&J from the plant. Negotiation with unions, workers council procedures. Smooth transition (no strike)
to the new company (Greatbatch Medical).
CAPSUGEL, division of Pfizer, world leader in capsules manufacturing for pharma, dietary supplements and
cosmetics markets.
10-year experience in various positions in the management of operations. High volume / low mix type of production with
processes similar to chemistry or food industry. Successfully used six sigma and automation to achieve excellence in terms of
quality, productivity and service level.
