Création d'une fonction Achat dans une PME de 75 personnes.
PME en croissance de 10 à 20% par an - 14m€ de CA en 2023
Responsable Appro / Achat actuel est sur le départ (interne) pour mi-janvier
A remplacer par un recrutement appro (hors scope Thact) et un recrutement Achat
Les achats n'étant pas professionnalisé (intégré aux appros), l'objectif est de démarrer par un Management de Transition à Temps partiel pour créer et structurer un post Achat pour ensuite lancer un recrutement à Temps Partiel
Rattachement au Directeur des Opérations.
